Returns Policy


Should you wish to return goods you purchased within 21 days of receipt thereof we will almost certainly accept them back and pass a credit for the value of the goods returned.

It is important to note that you will only be refunded the value of the goods purchased, and only if they are returned unused and in their original, undamaged packaging. Delivery costs incurred in sending and returning the goods to us will be deducted from the refund amount if the return is simply due to a change of mind and not a product fault.

In order to arrange a return please click on the "Request a Return" button (on the right). Complete all the required details on the form, and your request to return goods will be processed.

Once your request to return goods has been processed we will arrange with our courier to pick up the parcel from you (if applicable).

Within 48 hours of receiving the returned product(s) (and assuming it is in a suitable condition - see right for details), we will process a refund to the original credit card used to pay for the order. In the event that payment was made by EFT we will issue you with a voucher to the value of the returned goods and this voucher can be used for purchases at some time in the future.

Need to return a purchase?

Please note that only goods returned in their original condition and packaging will be accepted back for credit. Should goods be returned to us outside of the procedure detailed on the left, we cannot be held liable for tracking the product(s) return and therefore the ultimate requested refund.
